Welcome

We started our farm in 2018 and planted the Boreal Strain, which are Blizzard, Beast and Beauty, as shown below. They all come off the bush about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks apart, which is very helpful when harvesting time comes. We enjoy working with the berries, and each year is a new adventure waiting in anticipation to see the new growth on all the bushes.

Come for a visit and taste the new latest and greatest health berries!

Haskap Berries

Haskap has long been known by the ancient Japanese as, “The fruit of Life longevity and Fruit of vision”.

The old analogy “If it doesn’t kill you, it will make you stronger!” does not apply to Haskap. Why should the food that is good for you taste bad. That is not the case with Haskap. Haskap has a sweet tangy zing flavor that most people say is a cross between blueberry, raspberry and black currant.

Haskap Berries are power-packed with nutritional ingredients and they taste great! They are an excellent source of antioxidants, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Fiber and Potassium, and have 3 times the amount of antioxidants than blueberries and more vitamin C than oranges. You can see the chart shown in the pictures that indicates the high anti-oxidant levels compared to other fruit.
